Crocodile Attacks Dog In Vadodara Floods:
Due to heavy rainfall that stir up heavy floods in Vadodara, Gujarat, a video went viral of a crocodile attacking a dog on a water-filled street. The video, crocodile attacking dog in Vadodara is been doing the rounds of social media and several platforms since Thursday, shows a crocodile swimming on a flooded street. Crocodile is behind a dog on the street and tries to attack it and the dog ran away from the scene.

The crocodile was later rescued by Wildlife Rescue Trust, an animal welfare organisation based in Vadodara. Arvind Pawar of Wildlife Rescue Trust told media that the crocodile was rescued on Thursday morning from Rajstambh society near Lalbaug. Due to floods, Vishwamitri River overflowed. The river, which flows through the city, is home to a number of crocodiles.
The crocodile was approximately 3.5-foot-long. After being captured by Wildlife Rescue Trust, it was handed over to the forest department.
