Delhi Restaurant Denies Entry To Woman Ethnic Wear

A video on social media is going viral very fast. In this video, an employee stopped an women from entering a restaurant. She has been stopped this woman as she has been wearing saree. This is very shameful as an Indian. In the video, the employee has said, “We do not approve of this type of attire.”

After he said those words the woman has argued with the employee. The woman asked the employee If your had appeared with the same kind of dress will you do the same. To this, the employee said that yes, a traditional dress is not allowed in this restaurant. On this, the woman expresses her dissatisfaction and left the restaurant.

This video has been shared by lot of people on social media. Even, Congress leader Sharmishtha Mukherjee retweeting the video, wrote, ‘What nonsense! If this follows, ethnic wear not allowed, Kylin & Ivy in Delhi or any other restaurant then their licenses should be canceled immediately. What a shame!’.  Mukherjee has also tagged Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Kejriwal (CM Kejriwal) in her tweet.
