Former CBI JD Laxminarayana joined Jana Sena:

Former CBI Joint Director V.V. Lakshminarayana putting to an end all speculations, who has taken voluntary retirement for his job last year and is active on social activities, finally joined Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena on Sunday.

Earlier speculations were riffed that Lakshminarayana is joining TDP.

JD Lakshminarayana dealt with several high-profile cases, including disproportionate assets case of Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy and Satyam Ramalingaraju scam. An officer of the 1990 IPS batch, he was renewal to his cadre state of Maharashtra after seven-year deputation to the CBI. He was appointed Additional Director General of Maharashtra.

The former IPS formally joined Jana Sena Party with Pawan Kalyan welcoming him into the party. Jana Sena is likely to announce his candidature either for Lok Sabha or Assembly.
