Internet Shutdown For 48 Hours

Amidst the coronavirus, most people are working from their homes. Also, due to the lockdown people are in their homes and are using more internet for streaming more videos and playing video games than before. Streaming video on the Internet can cause net slow down and people doing work from home may face problems.

Internet provider companies have said that we are taking steps for good service of the internet. So far we have been able to cope with the requirements of the network. But will work from home actually load on the internet and the internet might be shutdown. There is a news spreading on social media that internet will shutdown for 48 hours. However, This news is fake and internet providers were saying internet might get slow. But, the Internet will not go down completely.

The whole of India has been using the internet from their homes and will continue to do this for the 21 lockdown days. More people working from home also mean people streaming video from the Internet and using more data in general. Many streaming websites like Netflix, Hotstar were decreasing their bandwidths to cope up with the internet problem. Also, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube will take similar steps to provide the best internet to the users.
