Kodela Son Showroom Dealership Cancelled By RTA

Kodela Son Showroom Dealership Cancelled by RTA officials in Andhra Pradesh. Hero dealership of Kodela Siva Prasad son’s “Gautham Automotives” is cancelled regarding violation of RTA rules. Former AP Speaker Kodela Siva Prasad Rao son Sivarama Krishna owns Gautham Automotives.

Gautham Automotives violated RTA rules and sold 576 Vehicles to Customers. The dealership has been cancelled by RTA Authorities as per Rule 84 of AP Motor Vehicle Act 1989.  RTA Authorities informed Hero Motors about the violation of the acts to Gautham Automotives before cancelling the dealership.

Gautham Automotives is the Guntur district dealer of Hero MotoCorp Ltd. A dealer can’t deliver a motor vehicle to a customer without registration whether it’s temporary or permanent. Gautham Automotives clearly violated the acts.

Kodela Siva Prasad Rao served for five years as the Speaker of the first Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly from the year 2014. In three-decade political career, he has served as a cabinet minister in N. T. Rama Rao and N. Chandrababu Naidu governments, serving at various times as Minister of Home Affairs, Health, Major Irrigation department, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, and Civil Supplies.
