Non-Bailable Warrant Against Renuka Chowdary

In an unexpected incident, Khammam court issued a non-bailable warrant against Renuka Chowdary in a cheating case. Kalavathi has filed a case against former Khammam MP Renuka Chowdary and she alleged that Congress leader assured to give MLA ticket to her husband and took money as a bribe. But her husband did not get an MLA ticket so she asked to give her money back.

As per Kalavathi’s statement, Renuka Chowdary refused to repay the money, she knocked on the court door. She filed the cheating case, the court sent the notices to Renuka but she rejected to take the notices, and she also not attended the court hearings twice.

The second additional first-class magistrate from Khammam had issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against Renuka Chowdary. Petitioner Kalavathi said that she urged Renuka to give her money back as her husband did not get the MLA ticket. Kalavathi also met top congress leaders regarding this issue but her attempts went in vain. She even approached Khammam police but police refused to file a case as Kalavathi has no evidence. After that, she knocked on the court door directly.
