Police Case Was Booked Against Jana Sena MLA

Police Case Against Rapaka Varaprasad:

Tollywood actor Pawan Kalyan founded Jana Sena party with his firm fan base and expected to perform well in recent elections. YCP emerged as victorious in poll battle by winning 151 seats out of 175 and TDP confined to 23, Janasena has won only one seat and it is from Razole. Pawan Kalyan himself lost in the two seats which he contested. Rapaka Varaprasad is only MLA from Jana Sena, known as an honest person. In a major setback, a police case has been filed against him for reportedly backing people for playing cards.

Police have arrested 9 men who were caught red-handed playing cards on Sunday in Malikipuram of Razole constituency. Local MLA Rapaka Varaprasad has reached the police station with nearly 100 of his followers and demanded the release of the accused. Rapaka’s supporters physically assaulted the police and pelted stones on the police station.

Police deployed extra police force to settle down the rage after that things settled down between Rapaka supporters and police and the police have booked a case against Rapaka for trying to stop a government officer from doing his duty and also damaging government properties.

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan is yet to respond on the incident.
