PV Sindhu Donation Towards Corona Crisis
Indian Badminton head Coach Pullela Gopichand has announced a donation of 26 lakhs. In this 11 lakhs will be gone to PM Cares Fund, 5 lakhs for the Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Relief’s fund and Rs 10 lakhs to the Telangana Chief Minister’s Relief Fund. He said that in this tough situation it is a very small amount.
22 countries have declared a complete lockdown and another 90 countries are following partial lockdown to stop the spreading of the corona. More than a million people have been infected with the virus all over the world. Nearly 4000 people have already infected with coronavirus and over 100 people have died in India.
Badminton star shuttler PV Sindhu also announced the donation. She donated 10 lakhs towards the corona crisis. Indian star cricket player Mithali Raj also announced 10 Lakhs towards the corona crisis.
