Railways To Resume Trains From May 12, New Rules To Be Followed

Union Railway Minister Piyush Goyal on Sunday tweeted that Railways plans to gradually restart passenger train operations from 12th May 2020. Initially with 15 special trains connecting New Delhi with major stations across India. Booking on these trains will start at 4 pm on 11th May. This will be a big relief for the passengers who are eagerly waiting. Railways Begin Trains from tomorrow.

These trains will be run through major stations New Delhi Station connecting Dibrugarh, Howrah, Patna, Bilaspur, Secunderabad, Bengaluru,  Ranchi, Bhubaneswar, Agartala, Chennai, Jammu Tawi, Madgaon, Mumbai Central, Thiruvananthapuram and Ahmedabad.

The reservations should be possible from 4 pm on Monday just through the site of the IRCTC, the request said. At stations, ticket booking counters will be closed. Railway Ministry official said, “The trains to start this week has to be air-conditioned and fares will be close to Rajdhani Express fares.”

Just travelers with confirmed tickets will be permitted to enter the station and The stage tickets will not be given for the passengers. All the voyagers must wear a face cover and experience intensive screenings at the stations. You may need to show up stations somewhat right on time. In any event, an hour ahead of time to go through screening and protocols that should be kept up. Also, they may not provide bedsheets.

So, Railways Finally Begin Trains to help out the people after two months gap.
