Telangana Chief Minister KCR extended Lockdown to May 7 yesterday. He announced this by holding a cabinet meeting in Pragati Bhawan. To control the coronavirus spread we had taken this decision, He said.
In Telangana till Sunday, 858 people got corona positive. Of these, 651 are currently undergoing treatment and 21 people died. In the cabinet meeting we discussed the current situation. We are expecting coronavirus to decrease in the state for the first of May. However, We are extending lockdown one more week to control the situation.
However, People have doubts over whether the central government issued guidelines will be followed in this state or not. KCR has clarified that after April 20 there will be no relaxation in the state. Not only that, but The curfew will also be followed all over the state as it is.
KCR also banned the Swiggy, Pizza and all food delivery-related services and ordered the people to cook in their houses. Due to this delivery 70 people were infected. So, We are closing this service.
