Vijay Mallya, who once practiced the Liquor business and built several business empires with the Kingfisher brand, has been once again in a London court.
Vijay Mallya, who fled to England after cheating the banks for Rs.11000 and India applied to hand him over and allowed him to exercise his legal rights. But the British courts have Flayed for his frauds.
Mallya approached the UK High Court seeking India’s extradition, but on April 20 the petition was dismissed. He then applied to the Supreme Court for permission to file a petition in the Supreme Court. However, The court has rejected the latest application. Vijay Mallya’s legal opportunities are over. Against this backdrop, Britain’s Home Secretary Preeti Patel appears to be making an official impression on the court’s ruling. The entire process has to be finished in 28 days.
This has led to the arrival of the London-bound Liquor Baron to India. We have to say this as a big success for the Indian Government.
