VVS Laxman Slammed Michael Clarke

Very Very Special Laxman, the IPL team SRH mentor, slammed Michael Clarke for his recent claims that Australian cricketers “sucked up” to India captain Virat Kohli for protecting their IPL contracts. He said that just being nice to someone doesn’t guarantee a spot in the IPL team.

Former Australian captain Clarke said that Australian cricketers were so keen on protecting their IPL deals that they felt “scared” of sledding India skipper Kohli. For these shocking comments, Laxman replied in his very own style. He said, “Any franchise will look at the player’s caliber and value add to the team, which gives them desired results by winning matches/tournaments. These are the kind of players who get IPL contracts. So just being nice to someone will not earn you a spot in the IPL.”

Laxman, also said we are the ones who are sitting on the auction table not the players. There is no chance of making into IPL team with a friendship. After these shocking comments, The current Australian Test Captain responded on this. He said, “we don’t want to make him aggressive. There is no person I can see who bowls slow or loose to Kohli.”
