Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has said to the CBI special court that he is not able to attend to the court as I was doing the chief minister role. The court has adjourned the case to the 20th of this month.
Jagan told the court through his lawyer that he would not be able to attend in person as he was busy with official duties as AP chief minister. The judge allowed the petition and postponed the next hearing to the 20th of this month.
Meanwhile, Justice lawyer BR Madhusudan Rao has described the discharge petition filed on YS Jagan. He said about Jagan’s private investments and money laundering case. The advocate S. Niranjan Reddy appealed on behalf of Jagan to remove the charge on him as it has been done intentionally by other political parties. The court has yet to consider this hearing.
