Government Bumper Offer to App Developers For Zoom Alternative

Due to lockdown, all the people are confined to homes. So, Everybody is using the zoom app for office works and online classes. Not only this, but Even government people are also using this app. However, the Ministry of Home Affairs released a statement that this app is not a safe platform.

Actually, It is an app developed by Chinese people and it will collect the information going on this app. So, All the people were in a dilemma about whether to use this app or not. To avoid this tricky situation government has given a bumper offer to the app developers in India. They released a statement whoever develops the alternative of this zoom app in India will get 1 crore rupees as a gift.

Interested app developers can register by April 30 on the website and the app winner will be announced on July 29. The new app will be used by the central and state governments for their official activities, said by the IT department. Apart from this, the app winner will also be awarded one crore.

Google and a few IT companies have already advised their employees not to use the Zoom App. US Senate has also asked the Senators to not use this app.
